Creating wellness requires Balancing

Understanding human wellness provides an endless source of wonder to everyone who has attempted to understand the workings of the body, mind or spirit. As scientists and healers we do our best to learn everything we can about the science of the body so we can promote good health. In the final analysis, the factors that actually seem to contribute to wellness include that knowledge and understanding, and yet, also include the softer, mental, emotional, and spiritual energies such as prayer, faith, compassion and love. In many ways creating wellness requires a balancing of what we know with what we feel in a multidimensional dance where our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls merge.
